When they landed in Austin, they found a city that shared those same values: bold personality, deep community roots, and an absolute obsession with good food. So they built something that felt like home. They imported a traditional stone oven, sourced the finest Italian-style flour, connected with Texas farmers for fresh local ingredients, and set out to create a pizza experience that honored the old world while celebrating everything that makes Austin extraordinary. Today, Firestone Pizza Kitchen is more than a restaurant — it's a landmark.
